3400 square-foot Gulf front home on the Florida
Panhandle. Siting, room orientation and window
placements all contribute to maximizing sight lines
for this pristine coastal location. ICF construction was
chosen for hurricane resistance and incredible
energy efficiency. A fully lockable Owner's Suite on
the main living floor and three guest bedrooms on
the second floor give the Client the ability to
capitalize on the strong vacation rental market while
summering in the northeast without having to "move
out" to do so.
